2. Inspection Charge: A standard inspection charge of ₹199 applies when a technician visits your residence. If you proceed with the repair work, this ₹199 fee is deducted from the final repair invoice.

3. Upfront Quotation: All replacement components and associated labor charges are quoted prior to physical replacement. Work begins only upon your verbal or written consent.

4. Payment: Payment is due immediately upon the completion of repair and live testing of the appliance in your presence.

2. Visiting Fee Policy: The ₹199 visit fee covers fuel and technician time. Once inspection is performed, this fee is non-refundable unless the repair service is accepted.

3. 90-Day Service Warranty: Replaced parts and specific workmanship issues carry a 90-day peace-of-mind warranty. If the exact same issue recurs within 90 days, we re-service it free of labor charge.

4. Exclusions: Physical glass breakage caused by impact, external liquid spills onto auto-ignition circuitry, and unauthorized tampering by other technicians void this warranty.
